Planning a group holiday? The Tower House is perfect for you!
A group holiday is not easy to organise, but the pleasure it brings is worth it. This is a beautiful, private villa, set in 3.5 acres of grounds and has been designed with peace in mind. As it sits majestically on the hillside, it gives you the most wonderful panoramic sea views over Kamari Bay. It is wonderful for a multi-generational family group because it is large enough to enable everyone to be together – yet you will always find a place of solitude when you need it! A photography, walking, painting, creative writing, reading or yoga group will also enjoy staying here due to it’s size and location – and there is no shortage of inspiration here!
All our guests will enjoy use of:
|Free Wi-Fi||Welcome Basket|
|Complimentary Slippers||Washing Machine|
|Use of Bathrobes||Dishwasher|
|Smoke free||Fully equipped kitchen|
|Air-conditioning in all bedrooms||Peaceful location with stunning views|
|All bedrooms have private en-suite, balcony/patio and sea views||House Manager available for any advice or help you may require.|
On the main floor you will find a very large lounge, with satellite TV, iPod docking station and comfortable seating for 16 people. A very large dining room opens out onto a spacious terrace which enjoys stunning sea views and the sun all day long. Also on this floor are 5 of the 8 bedrooms and a library/seating area, so everything you need is on one level. 3 more bedrooms can be found on the lower level and they are the same size – and have the same facilities – as the rooms on the main floor.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need: a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave/combi oven, large gas oven (90cm) with electric grill and 6 gas burners on the hob. You will find that there is plenty of china, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils if you choose to eat in. We also provide a washing machine and a drying line, so that you don’t have to bring ALL your clothes!
Mobility and Infants
Tower House is suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties as there is a gentle slope up to the front door from the car park allowing access for wheelchairs.
We have a couple of high chairs and a travel cot available if you need them – just let us know. but please bring your own cot bedding.
The villa is an easy 15 minute drive from Kos International Airport and we will give you full driving instructions to find it. Sitting on a hillside 800 metres from the sea and about 3km from the nearest village of Kefalos, it enjoys spectacular, uninterrupted sea views. The beach is an easy 10-15 minute downhill walk, but of course this does mean that it is uphill coming back! Along the seashore you will find water sports, boat trips, a variety of shops and many excellent restaurants.

How to get here
Kos has its own international airport (KGS) and an easy 15 minute drive will bring you to the House. You can fly to Kos in the summer months from airports across the UK. Thomson, Thomas Cook and Jet2 have non-stop flights from regional airports, so you should find a flight fairly easily. EasyJet offers flights from Gatwick and Glasgow and we often find these more economical. Direct flights operate from mid/late April through to the end of October and the flight time is about 4 hours.
