The Tower House is a beautiful, private villa, set in 3.5 acres of grounds.  It sits majestically on the hillside with panoramic sea views over Kamari Bay. The Tower House is perfect for groups of 6-16 people.  We are delighted to announce that we are installing a beautiful outdoor pool, for 2018.

On the main floor of The Tower House is a very large lounge, with satellite TV, and a dining room opening out onto a spacious terrace which enjoys stunning sea views and the sun all day long.  Also on this floor are 5 of the 8 bedrooms and a library/seating area.  On the lower level are the remaining 3 bedrooms.  

The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave/combi oven, large gas oven (90cm) with electric grill and 6 gas burners on the hob. There is plenty of china, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. A washing machine and drying line are also available, together with iron and ironing board.

If you have babies/toddlers in your group, we provide high chairs and a travel cot free of charge (please bring your own cot bedding).

The Tower House is suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties as although there is only one step up into the House, there is also a gentle slope up to the front door from the car park allowing access for wheelchairs.

The Tower House is located on a hillside 800m from the sea with an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach where you will find watersports, boat trips, a variety of shops and many excellent restaurants.

How to get here

Kos has its own international airport. The Tower House is a 15 minute drive from there. You can fly to Kos in the summer months from airports across the UK.

Thomson, Thomas Cook, Olympic and Cosmos have non-stop flights to the island from departure points including Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Manchester, Glasgow, Bristol, Birmingham, the East Midlands and Newcastle. The four-hour journey is flown up to several times weekly from early May to late October.

EasyJet has flights from Gatwick and Glasgow.

The airport is situated roughly in the middle of Kos, with Kos Town some 25 kilometres away on the north-east coast.
