Availability and pricing tables for The Tower House are shown to help you start planning your visit. They are updated and accurate. Please contact me for a quote if the number in your group is more than 14, as we also have 3 camp-beds available. All bedrooms are large enough to take an extra camp-bed.

The prices give you exclusive use of the Villa and pool. The use of electricity, gas, water, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linen, pool and bathroom towels, Welcome Hamper, complimentary toiletries, slippers and bathrobes are all included in the price.

Our House Manager lives in a private apartment on the lower ground floor of The Tower House, will be available and happy to provide any advice or help you may need during your stay. You will be warmly welcomed, shown around and given the keys and given privacy for your stay. But please, if you need any help or advice, just shout and we will be pleased to help you.

Payment

Deposit and balance payment options available include bank transfer, Paypal or any major Credit Card.  You can reserve the villa on your chosen dates by paying a deposit of 25%. The balance will be due 8 weeks before departure, together with a refundable security/damages deposit of £250. I will return your damages deposit at the end of your stay, less any agreed payments for any damages incurred.

Flights

There are a number of airlines flying direct from London and regional UK airports to Kos International Airport (KGS). EasyJet, Jet2, TUI and British Airways are the main ones.

Transfers

The Tower House is just a 15 minute drive from Kos International airport. Transfers and car hire are available; have a chat with me so we can work out what would work best for your group.

Check-In and Departure Times

Because I have a short period of time to get the villa ready in between guests, my policy is that I will be pleased to welcome you and your party from 4pm. I request that you vacate the villa by 10am on your departure day. I know that this often causes difficulty on departure days. I therefore do my very best to enable you to keep at least one bedroom for as long as possible until your departure time. This means that you have access to a bathroom and somewhere to store your luggage on your last day.

If I don’t have another party coming in on the same day, I can often let you keep all areas of the villa until your time of departure. Please be aware that I cannot guarantee this, particularly with extra cleaning needing to be done because of coronavirus. I appreciate your support and understanding.

Please Note:

On 01 January 2018, Greece, along with most of Europe, introduced a Stayover Tax.  This is charged per room per night and is payable locally at the end of your stay. For The Tower House, the charge is €0,50 per room per night.  For instance, if you are a party of 10 staying for 7 nights and using 5 bedrooms, your charge will be €0,50 x 5 x 7 = €17,50.
