MOUSSAKA 

Layers of aubergine, courgette and mince cooked with tomatoes, cinnamon and oregano with a fluffy bechemel, cheese and yoghurt topping. Served with Greek Salad and a bowl of Tzatziki (greek yoghurt with cucumber and garlic) Followed by: 

Home made Ginger Ice-Cream with hot chocolate fudge sauce

KOTOPOULO SOUVLAKI 

Skewered pieces of grilled tender chicken chicken breasts marinaded in lemon, olive oil and herbs, served on a bed of rice.  Accompanied by fresh steamed vegetables. 

Followed by:

Aegean oranges and dates lightly dusted with cinnamon accompanied by a bowl of greek yoghurt.

             

 

 

 

 

 

 BRIAM

 A traditional Greek casserole of fresh local vegetables, served with a bowl of grated feta to sprinkle over, and home made Rosemary and Olive Bread to mop up the juices. Followed by: 

Fresh Fruit Kebabs with individual dipping pots of almond and meringue cream. 

 

Stifado
 
A tender beef and baby onion casserole cooked with cinammon and oregano,
served with a timbale of yiouvetsi and fresh vegetables.
 
Followed by:

home made lemon cheesecake with a drizzle of raspberry sauce.
